米非司酮治疗子宫肌瘤的临床观察

【摘要】目的观察米非司酮治疗子宫肌瘤的临床疗效。方法选择40例子宫肌瘤患者给予米非司酮治疗，3个月为1个疗程，2个疗程后行彩超检查子宫及肌瘤大小的变化，并与治疗前比较。结果服药后子宫和肌瘤的平均体积均较服药前明显缩小，差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论米非司酮对子宫肌瘤治疗有一定效果，不良反应少，值得临床推广应用。
