场效应治疗仪联合扶他林软膏对梨状肌综合征治疗的疗效观察

【摘要】目的观察场效应治疗仪联合扶他林软膏对梨状肌综合征治疗的疗效。方法梨状肌综合征患者54例，随即分为口服西乐葆组(A组)、局部封闭治疗组(B组)和场效应治疗仪与扶他林软膏联合治疗组(C组)。比较治疗前后的症状体征积分和患小腿及足皮肤感觉、血循环。结果三组各项检测指标，治疗后C组各项检测指标均优于其他组，差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论场效应治疗仪联合扶他林软膏治疗能有效治愈梨状肌综合征。
