【摘要】目的观察股骨转子间及转子下骨折的治疗方案的疗效和安全性。方法将46例患者分为两组，接受动力髋螺钉、股骨近端髓内钉内固定手术，随访观察疗效。结果12～24个月内，两组患者骨折全部愈合。结论股骨近端髓内钉内固定手术并发症少，愈合时间短，疗效显著。

【Abstract】ObjectiveTo compare the curative effects and safety of the treatment of intertrochanteric fracture and subtrochanteric fracture.Methods39 patients divided into 2 groups and were administrated with internal fixation by DHS and PFN respectively,Observed treatment effect.Results12-24 months,all patients were healed fracture.ConclusionInternal fixation with PFN has shorter fracture healing time and less complications.

伴随着人口老龄化程度的日益加深，老年疾病发病率也呈逐年提高的趋势，股骨转子间、转子下骨折就与高龄患者的老年骨质疏松症存在有紧密关联。就临床治疗而言，对股骨转子间骨折采取保守治疗疗法可能会骨折延迟愈合、骨不连或畸形愈合等状况，高龄患者还可能由于长期卧床引起诸如褥疮、泌尿系感染等并发症[1] ......
