大黄治疗急性重症胰腺炎的疗效观察

【摘要】目的观察大黄治疗急性重症胰腺炎的疗效。方法将41例急性重症胰腺炎患者随机分成A组(试验组)与B组(对照组)，对照组只给予常规治疗，试验组在常规治疗基础上给予大黄鼻饲及保留灌肠。观察两组血清淀粉酶、腹内压、肠鸣音恢复时间、APACHEⅡ评分、ICU住院时间。结果试验组血清淀粉酶、腹内压、APACHEⅡ评分下降明显；肠鸣音恢复时间、ICU住院时间短。结论大黄能有效缓解急性重症胰腺炎的临床症状，缩短病程，改善预后。

【Abstract】ObjectiveTo investigate the effect of rhubarb treatment for patients of severe acute pancreatitis(SAP).Methods41cases of SAP were randomly divided into treatment group(n=21)and control group(n=20).Conventional treatment were administrated to control group,while rhubarb were added to treatment group.The changes of serum-amylase level,intra-abdominal pressure,APACHEⅡ were recorded;aslo the days of bowel sound happened and staying in intensive cure unite(ICU)were recorded.ResultsThe serum-amylase level,intra-abdominal pressure,APACHEⅡin treatment group were lower than those in control group ......
