血清AFP、AFU和LDH联合检测对原发性肝癌的诊断价值

【摘要】目的探讨甲胎蛋白(AFP)、a-L-岩藻糖苷酶(AFU)和乳酸脱氢酶(LDH)对原发性肝癌(primary hepatocarcinoma,PHC)的诊断价值。方法同时检测113例原发性肝癌、80例良性肝病组和50例正常对照者血清中AFP、AFU和LDH水平并进行比较。结果PHC组AFP、AFU和LDH水平明显升高，与良性肝病组及正常对照组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论血清AFP、AFU和LDH联合检测可提高对原发性肝癌患者的诊断率。
