【摘要】目的探讨护理干预在慢性盆腔炎综合治疗中的应用价值。方法选择笔者所在医院妇科收治的慢性盆腔炎患者130例，随机分为观察组和对照组，每组65例，所有患者均给予综合疗法，即联合抗生素配合中药、微波治疗，并给予常规护理，观察组在此基础上给予护理干预；治疗1个月后观察两组患者治疗效果及生存质量。结果治疗1个月后观察组总有效率为96.92%，显著高于对照组(86.15%)，两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)；观察组生存质量各项评分均显著高于对照组，结果有极显著差异(P<0.01)。结论对于慢性盆腔炎患者，采用综合治疗并加用护理干预，可以明显提高治疗效果，并改善患者生活质量。
