【摘要】目的观察复方甘草酸苷片联合盐酸左西替利嗪片治疗慢性荨麻疹的临床疗效。方法将150例慢性荨麻疹患者随机均分成治疗组和对照组，两组患者均每日口服盐酸左西替利嗪5 mg，治疗组同时口服复方甘草酸苷2片，3次/d，均治疗观察4周，评价疗效。结果治疗组与对照组的疗效差别有统计学意义，治疗组疗效优于对照组(χ2=755,P=0006)。结论复方甘草酸苷片联合盐酸左西替利嗪片治疗慢性荨麻疹，疗效肯定，不良反应少，可供临床选用。
