【摘要】目的运用失效模式及效应分析(FMEA)对门急诊患者输液流程进行改造，以缩短患者等待时间，提高患者满意度和工作效率。方法根据FMEA方法，成立流程改进小组；列出原有输液流程；指出子流程下存在的问题及原因；提出优先解决的问题及流程改进方案；新流程的成效。结果患者的输液等待时间由原来的20~25 min缩短至10~15 min，患者满意度由过去的88%提高至95%。结论FMEA作为一种护理质量管理工具，能前瞻性发现流程中存在的漏洞，使护理管理者能 “因病施治”充分发挥系统防御，从而有效地提高患者的满意度和工作效率。
