胃肠术后两种灌肠法的疗效对比(1)

【摘要】目的通过比较两种不同灌肠法在胃肠手术患者的应用，选择更合适、经济、耐受性好的灌肠方法。方法选择胃肠道手术后腹胀或术后3～4 d不能排气的患者100例，随机分为观察组与对照组，观察组用改良灌肠法，对照组采用传统的灌肠法，比较两组灌肠法的疗效。结果观察组灌肠法减少胃肠手术后腹胀程度明显优于对照组，差异有统计学意义(P<005)。结论观察组方案优于对照组方案，对预防及治疗术后腹胀，促进胃肠功能恢复，效果明显，值得推广改良灌肠法。
