【摘要】目的评价PBL教学法在儿科临床实习教学中的应用效果。方法从本校2006级五年制临床医学专业中随机抽取80名实习生，分为实验组(40人)和对照组(40人)。对实验组采取PBL教学法，对照组采取讲授法。从实习生出科考试成绩和学生对教学评价两个方面来评价PBL的教学效果。结果PBL实验组出科考试平均分比对照组高出3.57分，对教学效果的评价显著优于对照组。结论PBL教学法可有效提高儿科临床实习的教学效果。
