全麻气管插管后导尿的效果观察

【摘要】目的通过对手术患者在麻醉前及麻醉后留置导尿管的临床比较，观察无痛导尿的可行性。方法选择择期手术术中需留置导尿管患者100例，随机分为观察组与对照组，对照组常规术前1 h在病房行留置导尿术，观察组在手术室气管插管全麻后行留置导尿术。 结果观察组导尿前后血压，心率比较无显著性差异(P>0.05)，而对照组导尿前后血压、心率比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。 结论气管插管全身麻醉后导尿可减轻手术患者置管的不适，稳定患者术中的血压和心率。
