【摘要】目的探讨2型糖尿病患者踝臂指数(ankle-brachial index，ABI)与颈动脉粥样硬化的相关性。方法选取2型糖尿病患者328例，收集相关临床和实验室资料，行ABI测量(ABI≤0.9为异常)和颈动脉超声检查。根据颈动脉彩超结果分为对照组和颈动脉粥样硬化组，比较两组间的ABI，并对ABI和颈动脉内膜中层厚度行相关分析。结果颈动脉粥样硬化组的ABI低于对照组，差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)，ABI与颈动脉内膜中层厚度成负相关(Pearson相关系数r=-0.11，P<0.05)。结论2型糖尿病ABI与颈动脉粥样硬化程度成负相关。
