慢淋汤治疗30例慢性肾盂肾炎的疗效观察

【摘要】目的观察补益脾肾、利湿降浊、活血通淋类中药治疗慢性肾盂肾炎的疗效。方法采用慢淋汤(生黄芪、党参、白术、生地黄、怀山药、山茱萸、怀牛膝、旱莲草、车前草、萆薢、王不留行、赤芍)治疗本病30例，并设对照组观察尿白细胞、尿红细胞、尿细菌数等指标的影响及临床症状的改善情况。结果治疗组总有效率为96.67%；对照组总有效率为66.67%。两组间总有效率比较，差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论本方法对本病有补益脾肾，利湿降浊，活血通淋的功效。
