老年人上消化道出血的临床分析(1)

【摘要】目的探讨老年人上消化道出血的临床特点。方法回顾性分析笔者所在医院2008年1月～2010年12月间收治的老年人上消化道出血156例的临床资料，并与同期中青年上消化道出血403例病例比较。结果老年人上消化道出血的病因中，胃溃疡(33.33%)最多见，其次为十二指肠溃疡(21.15%)和胃癌(16.03%)；而中青年组上消化道出血的病因中，十二指肠溃疡(44.17%)最多见，其次为胃溃疡(14.89%)和食管静脉曲张(14.14%)；两组病例比较差异具有统计学意义。老年人上消化道出血伴随疾病(47.44%)、并发症(22.44%)、再出血率(14.74%)和死亡率(10.90%)显著高于中青年组。结论老年人上消化道出血以胃溃疡及胃癌的发生率高，伴随疾病及并发症多，再出血率及死亡率高。
