护理对乳腺癌术后化疗患者生活质量影响的研究

【摘要】 目的：探讨护理对乳腺癌术后化疗患者生活质量的影响。方法：将乳腺癌术后化疗患者随机分为两组，对照组30例实施常规护理；研究组38例实施综合护理，观察两组患者生活质量变化。结果：与对照组相比，研究组患者生活质量明显提高(P<0.05)，毒副反应较轻(P<0.05)。结论：综合护理措施可显著提高乳腺癌术后化疗期患者生活质量。
