超声在上消化道穿孔早期诊断中的临床价值

【摘要】 目的：对采用超声对上消化道穿孔进行早期诊断的临床价值进行评价分析。方法：随机抽取2010年3月-2012年3月笔者所在医院收治的经病理手术证实为上消化道穿孔的患者30例，在术前对其分别进行超声和X线检查，将检查结果进行统计，并作回顾性分析。结果：通过统计分析结果发现，对上消化道穿孔进行早期诊断的方法中，超声检查较X线检查具有显著的优势，诊断的准确率分别为93.33%和63.33%，超声检查显著高于X线。结论：采用超声对上消化道穿孔进行早期诊断具有较好的临床应用价值，准确率相对较高，能够为临床治疗争取最佳的治疗时机，值得临床推广使用。
