【摘要】 目的：了解护理学生性态度、性行为现状。方法：采用问卷调查方法，对笔者所在学院护理系学生进行现况调查，获得有效样本431例。采用SPSS 13.0进行统计分析。结果：14.4%的学生对性解放、性自由持赞同态度，有27.8%的被调查者对大学期间同居表示赞成，6.7%的被调查者有过性行为。结论：护理学生对于婚前性行为的态度较为保守，较少学生接受过性教育。应加强大学生的性教育，使他们学会自我保护的措施和方法。
