【摘要】 目的：观察点阵CO2激光治疗面部萎缩性瘢痕的临床疗效。方法：剥脱式点阵CO2激光治疗49例面部萎缩性瘢痕患者，每间隔4周治疗一次，4次后评价疗效。结果：有效率超过90%。结论：剥脱式点阵CO2激光治疗面部浅表凹陷性瘢痕疗效显著，安全性高。

【Abstract】 Objective：The clinical effect on atrophic scar with fractional laser was observed.Methods：Fractional ablative carbon dioxide laser was used to treated 49 cases of atrophic scar，treated once every four weeks，in all four times.Results：The effective rate was more than 90%.Conclusion：The use of fractional ablative carbon dioxide laser have a positive therapeutic effect on atrophic scar，and the safety is high。
