髌骨骨折运用Lotke钢丝固定与克氏针张力带钢丝固定的疗效分析

【摘要】 目的：观察髌骨骨折运用Lotke钢丝固定与克氏针张力带钢丝固定的临床疗效。方法：将60例髌骨骨折患者随机分为两组进行单盲随机临床试验研究，对照组30例患者采用克氏针张力带钢丝固定治疗，治疗组30例患者则采用Lotke钢丝固定，治疗后评价其临床疗效。结果：治疗组有18例功能恢复获得完全恢复，8例良好，4例恢复可。对照组12例功能恢复获得完全恢复，10例良好，7例恢复可，1例差。结论：髌骨骨折运用Lotke钢丝固定法具有操作简单易行、可获牢固固定、术后疼痛轻、功能恢复快、疗效满意。
