【摘要】 目的：研究小切口有限内固定联合人工骨植入对跟骨关节内骨折的临床疗效。方法：对2009年10月-2011年10月笔者所在医院23例(25足)跟骨关节内骨折患者进行小切口有限内固定联合人工骨植入治疗，运用足外侧小切口，羟基磷灰石人工骨进行关节面填充，钢板固定。结果：随访3～7个月，平均5.4个月，按AO足踝评分系统评价，优15足，良8足，可2足，平均88.5分。结论：小切口有限内固定联合人工骨植入治疗跟骨关节内骨折疗效较好，且创伤小、并发症少，值得临床推广。
