绒毛膜促性腺激素与中药促排卵治疗效果的比较(1)

【摘要】 目的：初步探讨绒促性素与中药在促使优势卵泡排出中的效果。方法：回顾分析不孕症门诊中促排卵的患者108例，随机分为两组，54例用绒毛膜促性腺激素促使优势卵泡排出，54例用中药促使优势卵泡排出。比较两组的周期排卵率、周期妊娠率及并发症的发生率。结果：hCG组及中药组的周期排卵率、周期妊娠率相近，差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05)，中药组并发症少。结论：促排卵治疗中，当hCG应用受到限制时，中药可以作为补充。
