【摘要】 目的：研究护理干预在急性重症胰腺炎患者术后治疗依从性中的应用效果。方法：选取2011年7月-2013年7月笔者所在医院收治的86例急性重症胰腺炎患者，对患者的临床资料进行综合分析。结果：经针对性护理后，观察组患者的术后治疗依从性明显高于对照组，差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论：加强对急性重症胰腺炎患者的术后护理干预，对提高患者的依从性具有重要意义，值得临床推广使用。
