【摘要】 目的：观察胸腺肽对恶性肿瘤患者外周血免疫细胞功能的影响。方法：采用流式细胞仪对200例恶性肿瘤患者胸腺肽治疗前后和200例同期健康体检者外周血中T淋巴细胞及其亚群、NK细胞进行检测并比较。结果：恶性肿瘤患者治疗前外周血总T细胞、NK细胞及CD4细胞、CD4/CD8比值均低于健康体检者(P<0.05)，经胸腺肽治疗后复查外周血总T细胞、NK细胞及CD4细胞、CD4/CD8比值均较治疗前上升(P<0.05)。结论：恶性肿瘤患者使用胸腺肽治疗能提高患者免疫功能。
