【摘要】 目的：探讨影响纵膈肿瘤外科治疗效果及预后的相关因素。方法：选择2009年1月-2014年12月于笔者所在医院确诊为纵膈肿瘤并行手术根除治疗的患者60例，对患者的详细就诊资料、相关性因素及生存资料等进行分析。结果：肿瘤的分化程度、肿瘤复发、术中输血、手术方式、肿瘤和手术部位的情况是影响纵隔肿瘤预后的独立危险因素(P<0.05)。结论：纵膈肿瘤外科治疗的预后与肿瘤的分化程度、肿瘤复发、术中输血、手术方式、肿瘤和手术部位具有相关性，是影响纵隔肿瘤患者预后的独立危险因素。
