【摘要】 口腔门诊院内感染危及医患双方医疗安全，危害较大，控制和预防口腔门诊院内感染是口腔医学健康发展的必然趋势，是口腔门诊医护人员义不容辞的责任；口腔门诊合理的空间设计、健全的消毒设备、合理的人员结构、严格的消毒、管理制度，实施普遍性预防原则及四手操作技术，时时体现无菌观念是控制和预防口腔门诊院内感染的关键。
