手术室细节护理在确保手术室护理安全中的应用分析(1)
【摘要】 目的：探析手术室细节护理在手术室护理安全中的应用效果。方法：选取笔者所在医院2015年1-12月收治的68例手术患者，将其随机分为观察组和对照组，各34例，观察组给予手术室细节护理，对照组采取常规护理，比较两组护理质量安全指标及护理满意度。结果：观察组护理满意率94.12%，对照组护理满意率73.53%，差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)；观察组设备管理、洗手护士及巡回护士配合技能、消毒隔离及护理质量安全评分均高于对照组，差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)，两组在器械准备比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论：手术室细节护理应用于手术室护理安全中，能够显著提高护理质量，提高患者满意度高，值得临床推广。

【Abstract】 Objective：To analyze the application effect of the operating room details nursing in the operating room nursing safety.Method：From January 2015 to December 2015，68 surgical patients who treated in our hospital were selected，they were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group，each group was 34 cases，the observation group was given the operating room details nursing，the control group adopted routine nursing care，two groups of nursing quality and nursing safety index satisfaction were compared.Result：The nursing satisfaction rate in the observation group was 94.12%，the nursing satisfaction rate was 73.53% in the control group(P<0.05).The score of equipment management，scrub nurses and circulating nurse compounding skill，disinfection and isolation and quality and safety in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05)，there was no difference on the instrument to prepare in two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion：Operating room details nursing in the operating room nursing safety can significantly improve the quality of care，improve patient satisfaction，it is worth clinical promotion.

手术室是医院重要的场所，也是比較特殊的场所，手术室护理工作比较繁琐，各个细节均需要特别注意，因此，细节护理对于提高护理质量具有重要的作用[1]。相关研究显示，在手术室护理中采取细节护理可减少患者并发症情况的发生[2]。为探析手术室细节护理在手术室护理安全中的应用效果，本文将2015年1-12月收治的68例手术患者，作为研究对象，现报告如下。
1 资料与方法
1.1 一般资料
选取笔者所在医院2015年1-12月收治的68例手术患者，将其随机分为观察组和对照组，各34例，观察组：男20例，女14例，年龄20～68岁，平均(40.6±7.3)岁，手术时间30～350 min，平均(180.5±24.3)min，手术类型：普通外科手术12例，骨科6例，妇科6例，泌尿外科5例，产科5例。对照组：男21例，女13例，年龄19～68岁，平均(41.3±8.3)岁，手术时间35～355 min，平均(185.3±30.3)min，手术类型：普通外科手术12例，骨科6例，妇科5例，泌尿外科6例，产科5例。两组患者一般资料比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)，有可比性。
1.2 护理方法
1.2.1 对照组 本组采取手术室常规护理，主要内容是告知患者术前相关知识及注意事项，术中给予患者针对性的护理措施，常规监测患者生命体征等。, http://www.100md.com(李翠珍)
