【摘要】 目的：探讨鼻内镜下鼻腔鼻窦恶性肿瘤切除术的临床应用价值。方法：回顾分析18例鼻腔鼻窦恶性肿瘤患者的临床资料，所有患者均行鼻内镜下肿瘤切除术，其中8例术后采用放化疗等综合治疗。结果：术后鼻内镜及影像学检查证实18例肿瘤全部切除。术后随访1～6年，14例无复发，1例发生全身转移，3例局部复发。结论：鼻内镜下鼻腔鼻窦恶性肿瘤切除术切实可行，具有重要临床应用价值。
