鼻内镜手术治疗慢性鼻窦炎鼻息肉患者的临床效果观察(1)
【摘要】 目的：觀察鼻内镜手术治疗慢性鼻窦炎鼻息肉患者的临床效果。方法：选取笔者所在医院2013年7月-2018年1月收治的52例慢性鼻窦炎鼻息肉患者，随机分为观察组和对照组，每组26例。观察组患者接受鼻内镜手术治疗，对照组接受传统手术治疗，比较两组患者的治疗效果及并发症发生情况。结果：观察组总有效率为96.15%，明显高于对照组的73.08%，差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。对照组手术时间为(71.89±18.14)min、术中出血量为(109.73±26.69)ml及术后住院时间为(3.73±0.45)d，观察组手术时间为(52.67±13.26)min、术中出血量为(42.04±8.39)ml及术后住院时间为(5.38±1.39)d，差异均有统计学意义(P<0.01)。观察组的并发症发生率为7.70%，明显低于对照组并发症发生率30.77%，具有显著性差异(P<0.01)。结论 鼻内镜手术治疗慢性鼻窦炎鼻息肉患者疗效显著，并发症少，有利于提高治疗总有效率，值得临床推广应用。

【Abstract】 Objective：To observe the clinical effect of endoscopic sinus surgery on patients with chronic sinusitis and nasal polyps. Methods：52 patients with chronic sinusitis and nasal polyps treated in our hospital from July 2013 to January 2018 were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group， with 26 cases in each group. The patients received endoscopic sinus surgery in the observation group， received traditional surgical treatment in the control group. The treatment effect and complications were compared between the two groups. Result：The total effective rate in observation group was 96.15%， which was significantly higher than that in control group (73.08%)， the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). Compared with the operation time (71.89±18.14) min， intraoperative blood loss (109.73±26.69) ml and postoperative hospital stay (3.73±0.45) d in the control group， the operation time (52.67±13.26) min， the mean amount of bleeding (42.04±8.39) ml and postoperative hospital stay (5.38±1.39) d in the observation group were significantly shortened， with significant differences (P<0.01). The complication rate in the observation group was 7.70%， which was significantly lower than that in the control group (30.77%) ，with significant difference (P<0.01).Conclusion：Endoscopic sinus surgery for patients with chronic sinusitis and nasal polyps has a significant effect with less complications， the way is beneficial to improve the total effective rate of treatment and is worthy of clinical application.
