【摘要】 目的：探讨经腹部超声引导下注入无水乙醇治疗卵巢囊肿的效果。方法：总结分析笔者所在医院2016年1月-2017年1月经腹部超声引导下介入治疗卵巢囊肿92例，抽出囊液后生理盐水冲洗囊腔，注入无水乙醇，观察临床效果。结果：治疗后浆液性囊肿患者总有效率100%，高于卵巢巧克力囊肿的92.9%，差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论：经腹部超声引导下注入无水乙醇治疗卵巢囊肿安全有效，值得临床推广应用。
