癫痫患儿应用复方氨基丁酸维E胶囊辅助治疗的效果及对癫痫发作频率、血清S100β、NSE、Hcy和TNF-α水平的影响(1)
【摘要】 目的：观察癫痫患儿应用复方氨基丁酸维E胶囊复制治疗的效果与对癫痫发作频率、血清S100β蛋白、神经元特异性烯醇化酶(NSE)、同型半胱氨酸(Hcy)和肿瘤坏死因子-α(TNF-α)水平的影响。方法：选择笔者所在医院儿科92例癫痫患儿，随机均分为对照组(n=46，予常规药物治疗)与治疗组(n=46，予常规药物+复方氨基丁酸维E胶囊治疗)，观察两组患儿癫痫发作频率、持续时间与血清生化指标(S100β、NSE、Hcy、TNF-α)变化水平。结果：治疗后，两组癫痫发作频率与持续时间均显著减少(P<0.05)，且治疗组减少幅度更大(P<0.05);两组血清生化指标(S100β、NSE、Hcy、TNF-α)水平均显著降低(P<0.05)，且治疗组降低幅度更大(P<0.05)。结论：复方氨基丁酸维E胶囊辅治有助于降低癫痫患儿癫痫发作频率，缩短持续时间，改善患儿免疫状态，保护神经细胞，值得临床推广。

【Abstract】 Objective：To observe the effects of Compound Aminobutyric Acid Vitamin E Capsule replication therapy on children patients with epilepsy and its influence on epilepsy seizure frequency and levels of serum S100β protein，neuron specific enolase(NSE)，homocysteine(Hcy) and tumor necrosis factor(TNF-α).Method：92 cases of children patients with epilepsy in department of paediatrics of our hospital were randomly divided into the control group(n=46，given conventional medication) and the treatment group(n=46，given conventional medicine+Compound Aminobutyric Acid Vitamin E Capsule).The epilepsy seizure frequency and serum biochemical parameters levels(S100β，NSE，Hcy，TNF-α) were observed in the two groups.Result：After treatment，the epilepsy seizure frequency and duration in the two groups were significantly decreased(P<0.05)，and the reduction was greater in treatment group(P<0.05).Serum biochemical parameters (S100β，NSE，Hcy，TNF-α) levels were significantly decreased in the two groups(P<0.05)，and the decrease was greater in treatment group(P<0.05).Conclusion：Compound Aminobutyric Acid Vitamin E Capsule can help reduce the epilepsy seizure frequency，shorten the duration，improve the immune status and protect nerve cells.Therefore it is worthy of clinical promotion.

癲痫是临床常见神经系统疾病，因脑部神经元存在异常放电而引起中枢神经系统功能异常，具有发病率高、发作突然、病程长与发作反复等特点，危害较大[1-2]。该病多发于儿童人群，文献[3-4]报道，小儿癫痫发病率超过成年人发病率的15倍，且因患儿脑组织尚未发育成熟，发病期间处于脑部缺氧状态，极易损伤神经元，造成患儿智力损害与心理行为障碍，影响患儿生长发育与生活。临床癫痫治疗方案为卡马西平、拉莫三嗪、左乙拉西坦、丙戊酸钠等抗癫痫药物，但抗癫痫药物抑制精神症状的同时也可对中枢神经系统产生抑制，导致共济失调、认知损害、困倦、激惹等不良反应[5]。而复方氨基丁酸维E胶囊可逆转记忆力减退情况，提高记忆力，针对癫痫患儿可改善其认知损害[6]。本文以复方氨基丁酸维E胶囊辅助抗癫痫药物治疗癫痫患儿，疗效显著，现报告如下。, http://www.100md.com(李迎)
