西格列汀联合二甲双胍治疗磺脲类药物失效的老年糖尿病效果观察(1)
【摘要】 目的：总结并归纳西格列汀联合二甲双胍治疗磺脲类药物失效的老年糖尿病效果。方法：本文挑选2017年4月-2018年4月笔者所在医院80例磺脲类药物失效的老年糖尿病患者，将其纳入本研究。采用计算机表法将患者分为对照组和观察组，分别40例。对照组接受优泌乐(赖脯胰岛素注射液)皮下注射治疗，观察组采用西格列汀联合二甲双胍治疗。治疗3个月后，比较两组临床治疗效果及治疗前后餐后2 h血糖和糖化血红蛋白水平。结果：治疗后，观察组治疗效果、餐后2 h血糖和糖化血红蛋白水平均远优于对照组，差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论：在磺脲类药物失效的老年糖尿病治疗中，西格列汀联合二甲双胍具有更高的治疗效果，可有效改善血糖水平，改善预后。

【Abstract】 Objective：To summarize and sumup the effect of Sitagliptin combined with Metformin in the treatment of senile diabetes mellitus with Sulfonylurea drug failure.Method：From April 2017 to April 2018，80 elderly diabetic patients with Sulfonylurea drug failure were selected and included in this study.The patients were divided into the control group and the observation group by computer table method，40 patients respectively.Patients in the control group were treated with subcutaneous injection of Lispro(Recombinant Human Insulin Lispro Injection)，while patients in the observation group were treated with Sitagliptin combined with Metformin.After one month of treatment，the clinical therapeutic effects of the two groups and 2-hour post-meal blood glucose and glycated blood glucose levels before and after treatment were compared.Result：After treatment，the observation group were far better than the control group in terms of therapeutic effect，2-hour post-meal blood glucose and glycated blood sugar level(P<0.05).Conclusion：Sitagliptin combined with Metformin has a higher therapeutic effect in the treatment of elderly diabetic patients with sulfonylurea drug failure，which can effectively improve the blood glucose level of patients and improve the prognosis of patients.

糖尿病是一組以高血糖为特征的代谢性疾病。高血糖则是由于胰岛素分泌缺陷或其生物作用受损，或两者兼有引起。长期存在的高血糖，导致各种组织，特别是眼、肾、心脏、血管、神经的慢性损害、功能障碍[1-3]。本文针对2017年4月-2018年4月笔者所在医院收治的80例磺脲类药物失效的老年糖尿病患者，将其分为两组，分别给予不同的治疗方案，比较两组治疗结果，总结并归纳西格列汀联合二甲双胍治疗磺脲类药物失效的老年糖尿病效果。
1 资料与方法
1.1 一般资料
本文挑选2017年4月-2018年4月笔者所在医院80例磺脲类药物失效的老年糖尿病患者，将其纳入本研究。纳入标准：(1)确诊为糖尿病[4];(2)年龄大于60岁;(3)入组前使用磺脲类药物失效者。排除标准：(1)精神障碍;(2)有药物滥用史;(3)躯体功能障碍;(4)哺乳期妇女及孕妇。本研究经笔者所在医院伦理委员会批准通过，且患者及其家属均知情且自愿参与研究。将患者采用计算机表法分为对照组和观察组，分别为40例。观察组：男21例，女19例;年龄62～82岁，平均(71.31±1.65)岁;, 百拇医药(汪琴 黄延志)
