助产护理措施应用在高龄产妇中对产妇的分娩方式和产程的影响(1)
【摘要】 目的：探討助产护理应用于高龄产妇中的临床价值及对其分娩方式和产程的影响。方法：选取2016年2月-2018年4月就诊于笔者所在医院妇产科的高龄产妇共62例作为研究对象，采用双盲法将其分为试验组和对照组，围产期给予对照组产妇常规护理管理，试验组在此基础上采用助产护理，分析不同护理管理方法对孕妇分娩方式和产程的影响。结果：试验组产妇第一产程、第二产程、第三产程和总产程均短于对照组，差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);试验组产后24 h出血量低于对照组，差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);试验组产妇顺产率高于对照组，剖宫产率低于对照组，差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);试验组产妇护理总满意度高于对照组，差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论：助产护理管理应用于高龄产妇中能明显缩短产程，降低剖宫产率，对提高分娩安全有积极意义，值得推广。

【Abstract】 Objective：To explore the clinical value of midwifery care in elderly parturient women and its effects on delivery methods and labor.Method：A total of 62 elderly parturient women who were admitted to the obstetrics and gynaecology department of the author’s hospital from February 2016 to April 2018 were selected as the subjects of the study.The patients were divided into the experimental group and the control group by double-blind method.The parturients in the control group were given routine nursing.On the basis of routine nursing management，the experimental group used midwifery nursing management，the effects of different nursing management methods on the mode of delivery and labor of pregnant women were analyzed.Result：The first stage of labor，the second stage of labor，the third stage of labor and the total production time were significantly shorter in the experimental group than those in the control group，the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The bleeding volume at 24 hours after birth was significantly lower in the experimental group than that in the control group，the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The rate of parturients in the experimental group was higher than that in the control group，and the rate of cesarean section was lower than that in the control group，the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The total satisfaction of maternal nursing in the experimental group was higher than that of the control group，the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion：Midwifery nursing management can significantly shorten maternal labor and reduce cesarean section rate in elderly parturient women.It is positive significance for improving the safety of childbirth and it is worth promoting.
