【摘要】 目的：探讨椎管内神经鞘瘤的临床表现及其相关手术方式的选择。方法：就笔者所在医院收治的1例椎管内2处神经鞘瘤患者的临床资料及手术方式，并结合国内外文献分析。结果：行显微切除+椎板还纳术式切除椎管内2处神经鞘瘤，术后患者恢复良好。结论：显微切除+椎板还纳术式可适用于椎管内肿瘤的切除，术中及术后并发症少，有效保持了脊柱的稳定性和完整性。

    【Abstract】 Objective：To investigate the clinical manifestations of intravertebral schwannoma and the selection of surgical methods.Method：The clinical data and surgical methods of 1 patient with 2 intravertebral schwannomas in our hospital were analyzed.Result：Microsurgical resection and laminectomy were performed to remove 2 schwannomas in the spinal canal.The patient recovered well after operation.Conclusion：Microsurgical resection plus laminectomy can be used for the resection of tumors in the spinal canal ......
