赖氨葡锌联合抗病毒口服液治疗儿童疱疹性咽峡炎效果观察(1)
【摘要】 目的：观察赖氨葡锌联合抗病毒口服液治疗儿童疱疹性咽峡炎的临床效果。方法：选取笔者所在科室收治的80例疱疹性咽峡炎患儿作为研究对象，所有患儿按就诊顺序均分为对照组(n=40)和治疗组(n=40)。对照组患儿给予抗病毒口服液进行治疗，治疗组给予赖氨葡锌联合抗病毒口服液进行治疗。记录两组患儿病征消失时间和住院时间，对比两组患儿治疗效果。结果：治疗后，治疗组患儿退热时间为(2.45±0.96)d，流涎消失时间为(3.83±1.34)d，疱疹消失时间为(4.03±1.54)d，住院时间为(6.71±1.29)d，均优于对照组，差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗组患儿治疗总有效率为97.5%，高于对照组，差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论：赖氨葡锌联合抗病毒口服液能够缩短病征消失时间，提高治疗有效率，具有较高的临床推广价值。

【Abstract】 Objective：To observe the clinical effect of Lysine Zinc Gluconate combined with Antiviral Oral Liquidin the treatment of children’s herpetic angina.Method：A total of 80 children with herpetic angina were selected as the object.All children were divided into control group(n=40) and observation group(n=40) according to the order of treatment.The control group was given with Antiviral Oral Liquid，while the observation group was treated with Lysine Zinc Gluconate combined with Antiviral Oral Liquid.The disappearance of the symptoms and hospitalization time were recorded，and the therapeutic effects were compared between the two groups.Result：After treatment，the time of fever in the observation group was (2.45±0.96)d，the time of disappearance of salivation was (3.83±1.34)d，the time of disappearance of herpes was (4.03±1.54)d，and the length of hospital stay was (6.71±1.29)d，which were significantly better than the control group，the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The total effective rate of the treatment group was 97.5%，which was significantly higher than the control group，the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion：Lysine Zinc Gluconate combined with Antiviral Oral Liquid can shorten the disappearance time of the symptoms，improve the treatment efficiency，and it has high clinical promotion value

皰疹性咽峡炎是一种常见的上呼吸道感染性疾病，常见于1～7岁儿童，夏秋季为主要发病期[1-2]，其临床症状表现为发热、咽痛、流涎、疱疹等。疱疹性咽峡炎起病急，可对心肌、肾及神经系统造成损伤，若不及时治疗，可引发病毒性心肌炎、慢性肾炎、风湿热等并发症[3]，影响儿童发育，严重者可危及生命。此外，由于疱疹性咽峡炎具有较强的传染性，易出现家庭聚集发病[4]，容易引起家长恐慌，严重影响患儿家庭生活质量。目前，儿童疱疹性咽峡炎主要以利巴韦林、盐酸伐昔洛韦、西咪替丁等药物治疗为主[5-6]，治疗过程中常伴随呕吐、腹泻、贫血等并发症。本研究采用赖氨葡锌联合抗病毒口服液对儿童疱疹性咽峡炎进行治疗，现报道如下。, http://www.100md.com(王莹莹 谭健新)
