电刺激结合盆底功能训练对不同分娩方式产妇盆底肌康复效果的影响(1)

     【摘要】 目的:探討电刺激结合盆底功能训练对不同分娩方式产妇盆底肌康复效果的影响。方法:选取2018年2月-2019年2月于笔者所在医院行自然分娩的产妇96例,根据分娩时间先后分组,A组(48例)产后进行常规盆底功能训练,B组(48例)产后进行电刺激结合常规盆底功能训练。另选取同期于笔者所在医院行剖宫产分娩的产妇96例,根据分娩时间先后分组,C组(48例)产后进行常规盆底功能训练,D组(48例)产后进行电刺激结合常规盆底功能训练。对比四组盆底肌康复效果。结果:B组和D组盆底Ⅰ、Ⅱ类肌纤维肌电压、Oxford盆底肌力评级正常、盆底Ⅰ、Ⅱ类肌纤维疲劳度均明显优于A、C组;B组和D组盆底功能障碍发生率均明显低于A、C组(P<0.05)。结论:电刺激结合盆底功能训练对不同分娩方式产妇盆底肌康复效果均具有良好的影响,能有效提高产妇盆底肌功能,可及时防治盆腔器官脱垂、压力性尿失禁等盆底功能障碍症状。

    [Abstract] Objective: To explore the influence of electrical stimulation combined with pelvic floor function training on rehabilitation effect of pelvic floor muscle of parturients with different delivery modes. Method: A total of 96 parturients who had natural delivery in our hospital from February 2018 to February 2019 were selected. According to the time of delivery, parturients were divided into two groups. The group A (48 cases) received routine pelvic floor function training after delivery, and the group B (48 cases) received electrical stimulation combined with routine pelvic floor function training after delivery. Another 96 parturients who gave birth by cesarean section in our hospital during the same period were selected. According to the time of delivery, the group C (48 cases) received routine pelvic floor training after delivery, and the group D (48 cases) received electrical stimulation combined with routine pelvic floor function training after delivery. The rehabilitation effect of pelvic floor muscle of four groups were compared. Result: The pelvic floor type Ⅰ, Ⅱ myofibrillar muscle voltage, normal rate of Oxford pelvic floor muscle strength rating, pelvic floor type Ⅰ, Ⅱ myofibrillar fatigue in the group B and the group D were significantly better than those of the group A and the group C, while the rate of pelvic floor dysfunction in the group B and the group D were significantly lower than those of the group A and the group C (P<0.05). Conclusion: Electrical stimulation combined with pelvic floor function training has a good effect on the rehabilitation of pelvic floor muscles of parturients with different delivery modes. It can effectively improve the function of pelvic floor muscles of parturients, and prevent and cure pelvic floor dysfunction symptoms such as pelvic organ prolapsed, stress urinary incontinence in time.
