【摘要】 目的：分析彩色多普勒超声对胎儿单脐动脉及伴发胎儿畸形的产前诊断价值。方法：选取2015年1月-2018年12月于笔者所在医院被确诊为单脐动脉的50例胎儿作为研究对象，回顾分析其临床资料，观察其单脐动脉类型及伴发胎儿畸形情况。结果：50例胎儿中单纯单脐动脉38例(76%)，伴发胎儿畸形12例(24%)，其中神经系统畸形2例(4%)，泌尿系统畸形4例(8%)，心血管系统疾病6例(12%)。结论：产妇可以通过产前彩色多普勒超声检查来筛查胎儿单脐动脉与伴发胎儿畸形，进而采取适当的“优生优育”措施。
