【摘要】 目的：观察单球囊对足月妊娠初产妇促宫颈成熟及引产效果。方法：选取笔者所在医院2017年1月-2018年12月足月妊娠引产的初产妇160例，按照引产方法分为单球囊组和缩宫素组，单球囊组采取单球囊促宫颈成熟，若无临产可再予人工破膜加缩宫素引产。缩宫素组予缩宫素静滴，必要时联合人工破膜。比较两组临床疗效、产后失血量、总产程时间、治疗前后宫颈Bishop评分、剖宫产率及胎儿窘迫发生率。结果：单球囊组疗效、产后失血量、总产程时间、宫颈Bishop评分均优于缩宫素组(P<0.05)。单球囊组剖宫产率及胎儿窘迫发生率均低于缩宫素组(P<0.05)。结论：单球囊对于足月妊娠初产妇促宫颈成熟及引产的效果确切，可有效缩短产程时间，减少产后失血，降低剖宫产率及胎儿窘迫发生率。

    [Abstract] Objective： To observe the effects of single balloon on promoting cervical ripening and induced labor in primiparas with full-term pregnancy.
