【摘要】 目的：分析手外伤带蒂皮瓣修复的临床效果。方法：选取108例于2018年1月-2019年1月在笔者所在医院接受诊疗的手外伤患者，依治疗方法不同将其分为对照组和研究组，分别行有利皮瓣与带蒂皮瓣修复术进行治疗，比较两组临床疗效。结果：研究组治疗优良率为94.44%，高于对照组的74.07%，差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组不良反应发生率为7.41%，低于对照组的37.04%，差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论：带蒂皮瓣修复治疗手外伤的临床效果较佳，安全性较高，值得在临床当中推广应用。
