【摘要】 目的：探讨ICU急危重症患者应激性高血糖发生的影响因素。方法：选取2017年1月-2018年12月在笔者所在医院综合ICU接受治疗的837例患者，对比应激性高血糖组和血糖正常组各指标之间的差异，同时采用Logistic回归分析对应激性高血糖发生的可能危险因素进行筛选。结果：837例ICU急危重症患者中共有313例为应激性高血糖，发生率为37.40%。年龄>65岁、血压异常、肾功能异常是ICU急危重症患者发生应激性高血糖的独立危险因素。结论：ICU急危重症患者发生应激性高血糖的概率高，尤其是对于年龄>65岁、血压异常、肾功能异常的ICU急危重症患者，需要给予应激性高血糖的针对性预防和控制措施。
