【摘要】 目的：构建精神科护士岗位胜任力的评估指标体系。方法：本研究应用德尔菲专家函询法对16名精神疾病护理领域相关专家实施了两轮电子邮件咨询。结果：构建了一套精神科护士岗位胜任力评估指标体系，该体系包括临床护理能力、管理能力、继续教育能力及科研能力4个一级指标和18个二级指标，两轮函询专家权威系数Cr分别为0.80和0.76，专家意见协调系数W值分别为0.34(P<0.05)和0.38(P<0.05)。结论：所构建的精神科护士岗位胜任力评估指标体系可靠性好，可应用于护理教育及临床护理管理。
