【摘要】 目的：探讨新、旧产程标准在产程特性上的临床效果。方法：选取笔者所在医院2015年1月-2018年12月收治的100例产妇作为研究对象，按照简单随机化法分为对照组(n=50，旧产程标准)和试验组(n=50，新产程标准)，对比两组产程时间、分娩方式及不同时间点新生儿Apgar评分。结果：试验组潜伏期和第一产程时间均长于对照组(P<0.05);试验组剖宫产率为10.00%，显著低于对照组的24.00%(P<0.05);试验组不同时间点新生儿Apgar评分均高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论：与旧产程标准相比，新产程标准虽延长了产程时间，但可有效降低剖宫产率且不影响新生儿结局，对分娩管理具有一定的指导意义。
