【摘要】 近年来，肱骨近端骨折发生率不断上升，是目前临床上创伤骨科治疗的难点，尚无固定统一的治疗方式。根据肱骨近端骨折临床分型不同可采取不同的治疗方式，包括非手术治疗和手术治疗，其中手术治疗主要包括经皮微创内固定术、切开复位钢板内固定术、髓内钉技术、肩关节置换术。本文针对上述治疗方式的优缺点、适应证、进展等进行综述。
