【摘要】 糖尿病肾病是糖代谢异常引发的肾小球与肾小管损伤，是目前慢性肾脏疾病与终末期肾脏疾病的主要诱因。现代医学尚无特效药物治疗。中医因其毒性小、多靶点、对于病程进展及肾功能恶化有延缓作用，在临床治疗中逐渐得到了广泛应用。本研究从中医对糖尿病肾病的病因病机及分子机制出发，对近年来中医药在糖尿病肾病治疗中的研究进行总结。
