【摘要】 目的：探究系统化护理模式对肠梗阻手术患者希望水平及正念水平的影响。方法：将2018年1月-2019年3月的60例肠梗阻手术患者依据随机数字表法分为对照组(常规护理组)和观察组(系统化护理模式组)，每组30例。比较两组护理前后希望水平(Herth希望量表)、正念水平(MAAS量表)及情绪状态(Zung量表)评估结果。结果：护理前两组Herth希望量表、MAAS量表及Zung量表评分比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)，护理后观察组Herth希望量表、MAAS量表及Zung量表评分均优于对照组，差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论：系统化护理模式对肠梗阻手术患者希望水平及正念水平的影响相对更好，在肠梗阻手术患者中的应用价值更高。
