摘要：随着食品安全隐患日趋严重，食品安全问题已不容忽略，食品安全法律法规中对食品检测体系逐步规范，快速检测方法已成为食品安全领域不可或缺的一部分。本文通过对农药、兽药、硝酸盐和亚硝酸盐、金属毒物、微生物、转基因食品、毒品等常见食品问题的快速检测方法和技术的介绍，了解其应用现状，并探讨其相关技术和方法的未来发展趋势。

    Abstract:Along with food safety hidden danger is serious with each passing day, food safety problem can not be ignored, the laws and regulations on food safety for food inspection system is progressively and normative, rapid detection methods of food safety has become an indispensable part of. This article through to the pesticides, veterinary drugs, nitrate and nitrite, metals, microorganisms, genetically modified food, drugs and other common food fast detection method and technique are presented, the application status, and discuss the relevant technology and method development trend in the future.
