摘要：总结了56例恶性胸腔积液患者使用中心静脉导管行胸腔置管，引流胸腔积液后注入化疗药物、生物制剂的护理，取得了满意的疗效。主要包括术前护理、胸穿操作中护理、引流管护理、化疗护理、拔管护理。认为做好各项护理对恶性胸腔积液患者十分重要，能有效地减轻患者痛苦、改善生活质量。

    Abstract:Summarized 56 cases of malignant pleural effusion in patients with central venous catheter in thoracic cavity, drainage of pleural effusion after injection of chemotherapy drugs, biologics care, has obtained the satisfactory curative effect. Including mainly preoperative nursing, wearing chest operation nursing, drainage tube care, chemotherapy, extubation nursing care. Think that do a good job in the nursing of patients with malignant pleural effusion is very important, can effectively reduce the suffering of patients, improve the quality of life.
