摘要：电子签名是涉及到医院电子病历安全性及医院无纸化的重要环节，诸多医疗环节均需要对医疗过程中产生的数据进行认证签名。在分析医院业务环节的基础上，设计和实现了基于COM的电子签名系统，论述系统的功能与签名的实现过程，及部分应用场景。
