水温控制预防角膜屈光手术角膜瓣下脂质分泌物的临床研究(1)

摘要： 目的：探讨水温控制能否降低前弹力层下激光角膜磨镶术(SBK)角膜瓣下脂质分泌物的发生率。方法：采用随机双盲方法进行自身对照研究， 选取60例(120眼)接受SBK手术的近视患者，术中一眼用50℃恒温复方氯化钠注射液冲洗为试验组(50℃恒温液组)，另一眼用40℃恒温复方氯化钠注射液冲洗为对照组(40℃恒温液组)，术后观察角膜瓣下脂质分泌物。结果：50℃恒温液组2眼(3.3%)发生角膜瓣下脂质分泌物；对照组10眼(16.7%)发生角膜瓣下脂质分泌物，两组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。 结论：50℃恒温液能降低前弹力层下激光角膜磨镶术(SBK)角膜瓣下脂质分泌物的发生率。
