总而言之，本实验结果表明乳腺癌癌巢CD8+ T细胞对乳腺癌患者预后有着显著的保护性效应。能够改善其预后这就表明了以CD8+ T细胞代表的细胞免疫系统有着良好的抗肿瘤效应，这种对患者生存的保护性作用可作为一种新型的免疫治疗手段改善乳腺癌患者的预后。
