摘要：目的：探讨社区康复治疗对于糖尿病的康复效果。 方法： 对本社区2012年3月到2013年3月的132例糖尿病患者进行研究，随机分为研究组与对照组各66例，研究组采用社康治疗，对照组采用常规治疗。 结果：经过治疗后，两组患者的血糖水平均有所降低，相对于对照组，研究组的治疗有效率高于对照组，血糖水平、并发症发生率低于对照组，相比较具有统计学意义，P<0.05。 结论：采用社康治疗，能够提升糖尿病的治疗质量，具有临床推广价值。
